FAQs

All data is hosted securely in the cloud. All our cloud partners are ISO27001 and GDPR compliant. In case of medical data, we ensure strict adherence to HIPAA. We have a multi region approach - for users in the EU the data is stored on EU servers and for the US it is stored in the US region. For rest of the world, the servers with minimum latency are chosen. Which means for most of Asia it will be EU region.
We are actively pursuing ISO 27001 and already align our controls accordingly.
